PUR insulated wall panels provide an efficient and reliable wall enclosure solution for cold storage and temperature-controlled facilities. Designed specifically for refrigeration environments, these panels help create a well-insulated barrier that supports stable internal temperatures and efficient refrigeration system operation.
Unlike conventional construction walls, PUR insulated wall panels integrate thermal insulation and wall finishing into a single modular system. This makes them particularly suitable for the rapid construction of cold rooms, freezer rooms, food processing areas, and refrigerated storage facilities.
The panels are manufactured with a rigid polyurethane (PUR) insulation core and durable metal surfaces, providing a clean, strong, and easy-to-maintain wall system.
Key Features
· Integrated insulation and wall structure for efficient cold room construction
· High thermal insulation performance helps reduce heat transfer
· Modular wall system suitable for different cold storage layouts
· Male-and-female tongue-and-groove connection for accurate panel alignment
· Secure and tight panel joints help reduce air leakage and maintain stable temperatures
· Hygienic wall surfaces suitable for food storage and processing environments
· Smooth, easy-to-clean finish simplifies daily maintenance
· Lightweight construction facilitates transportation and installation
· Flexible dimensions for customized cold storage layouts
· Suitable for new construction and cold room renovation projects
Panel Construction
PUR insulated wall panels consist of a rigid polyurethane foam insulation core sandwiched between two protective metal sheets.
Metal Surface + PUR Foam Core + Metal Surface
The PUR core provides the primary thermal insulation, while the metal surfaces protect the insulation and provide a durable finished wall.
The panel edges feature a male-and-female tongue-and-groove connection. When properly assembled and sealed, the interlocking joints provide a tight connection between panels, helping reduce air leakage and thermal bridging.
