Ceiling Mounted Cold Room Evaporator Unit

The Ceiling Mounted Cold Room Evaporator Unit is designed for small and medium-sized cold rooms to store fresh and frozen products. With a compact structure, reliable performance, and efficient heat exchange design, it helps customers maximize cold room space utilization while maintaining stable temperature control.

The unit cooler features a high-efficiency heat exchanger with 12mm copper tubes in a staggered arrangement and sinusoidal aluminum fins, providing excellent heat transfer performance and compatibility with modern refrigerants. It is widely used in chilled rooms, freezer rooms, food storage facilities, and commercial refrigeration applications.

According to different cold room temperature requirements, this series of evaporator units is available in three versions:

· High Temperature Type (AT..4)
Suitable for chilled rooms around 0°C, with 4mm fin spacing for applications such as fruit, vegetable, beverage, and fresh food storage.

· Medium Temperature Type (AT..7)
Suitable for freezer rooms around -18°C, with 7mm fin spacing for frozen food and general cold storage applications.

· Low Temperature Type (AT..9)
Suitable for low-temperature rooms around -25°C, with 9mm fin spacing for deep frozen storage applications.

The evaporator unit is equipped with high-quality axial fans ranging from 250mm to 500mm diameter. The standard fans feature IP45 protection, Class F insulation, built-in thermal protection, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +40°C, ensuring reliable operation in demanding refrigeration environments.

Transport installation feet are provided for convenient lifting and installation on site. The coil design, defrost method, and fan configuration can be customized according to customer requirements.
