Stainless steel cold room panels are insulated building materials used to construct cold storage rooms such as walk-in freezers, refrigerators, or temperature-controlled clean rooms. These panels are specifically designed to maintain low temperatures efficiently and hygienically.
Stainless steel cold room panels are typically sandwich panels with three layers:
Outer layers (skins):
Made of stainless steel, usually 304 or 316 grade
Corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to clean
Suitable for environments with strict hygiene requirements
Core insulation:
Usually Polyurethane (PU) or Polyisocyanurate (PIR)
High thermal insulation to maintain low temperatures inside the room
Sometimes EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) is used as a budget option
Stainless steel cold room panels will be exported to Singapore.
