For rapid freezing, blast freezer rooms typically operate at approximately -30°C to -40°C air temperature. High-airflow evaporators rapidly remove heat from the chicken, helping achieve fast and uniform freezing.

The actual freezing cycle is customized according to the chicken type, batch weight, inlet temperature, target core temperature, and required freezing time.
